Lacuna Index is a research and analytics platform that scores corporate accountability — the gap between what companies say and what they actually do. Every finding is derived from publicly available documents. We use no insider data.
What we do
We turn public filings, earnings transcripts, press releases, and regulatory disclosures into structured, auditable scores. Each issuer is measured against a peer cohort on a common methodology, so performance is comparable across companies and over time.
Scores, verdicts, and analyses reflect the methodology in effect at the time of publication and are subject to refinement.
How we source data
Market data, fundamentals, filings, news, press releases, and earnings transcripts are sourced from third-party public-data providers. These providers supply objective market data only — they do not contribute to any subjective scoring, editorial judgment, or verdict produced by Lacuna Index.
